Biographical Sketch: Len is a Principal Scientist, working for Arkema Inc., at their R&D Campus located in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. He has a B.S. in Chemistry from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY and a M.S. in Polymer Science & Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo (SUNY @ Buffalo). Len started his career with Arkema Inc. (formerly Lucidol Div of Pennwalt) in Organic Peroxides R&D. He still works in Applications Research and has experience in various forms of free-radical polymerization, polymer modification and crosslinking of elastomers & polymers. Len is very grateful to have coauthored numerous papers and patents with many talented individuals throughout his career. He is married to Patricia, the best women in the world and blessed with two children, Lauren & Steven. Len currently lives in Chester County, PA about five miles north of Exton.
