Biographical Sketch: J. Lauren Slutzky is a PhD student in Food, Agricultural, and Biological Engineering at The Ohio State University. She received a BS in Psychology and a BS with Honors in Food, Agricultural and Biological Engineering from The Ohio State University in 2011. Lauren was a 2013 NSF Graduate Research Fellowship Honorable Mention, has been published internationally, and holds a patent. Her research interests include polymer engineering, multivariate statistics, product development, and biomaterials.
