By applying an elongational flow regime during melt processing of CNTs anisotropic elastomers (NR, HNBR, FKM and QM) were obtained. The objective of the contribution is to investigate the effects of the tube orientation and aspect ratio on the mechanical properties. The polymer-filler interaction in the nanocomposites is characterized by means of swelling kinetics, equilibrium swelling and low field 1H-NMR.
