The paper presents comments on descending temperature exposure influence on summer tires and offering suggestions to avoid tire diminished performance or unsafe conditions. We’re analyzing descending temperature impact on tire construction and compounds, especially at two levels of temperature exposure: 0°C - 7°C (32°F - 50°F) where summer tires are suspected to show Temporarily Tire Vibration and severe cold: -25°C – and lower (-13°F – ) where summer tires are exposed to rubber brittleness.  This study is a part of a larger project presenting Contributions to the Study of Surface Vehicle Vibrations by analyzing Tire - Car system aiming to reduce fuel consumption and non-biodegradable waste.
