For decades, we have been facing an environmental problem due to the enormous quantity of rubber wastes. Many attempts try to recycle or reuse waste rubber. The reuse of waste rubber is important in term of simply process. Also, it takes care of the rubber industries keeping in mind the fact that the price of gum rubber has been increasing rapidly.

Our developed elastomeric composite is composed of waste rubber and plastic resin. Formula has been adjusted by adding additives in order to obtain the specific properties. The advantage of this material lies in the fact that it is recyclable at an economically viable rate. Therefore, it is an eco-friendly material. Various commercial rubber products can be made of this material and enlarged the field of application in the future.
