Advances in Rubber Mixing Technology

 

Abstract:

            A number of new advances in rubber mixing and processing have been introduced in the last few years.  These improvements range from the introduction of new types of rotors, different hopper options, increased mixer volume (for greater output), different floating weight designs, improved rotor cooling and silica mixing.  Some older technology will also be revisited to see how it stacks up against recent improvements.
