Biographical Sketch: Rita Feczer, advanced chemist, has worked for Cooper Tire & Rubber Company for 33 years. As an advanced chemist, she is responsible for belt and body ply compound development for replacement market tires. Prior to joining Cooper, she worked in the rubber industry in non-tire applications for four years. Feczer holds a B.A. degree in Microbiology with a Chemistry minor from Miami University (OH).
