Biographical Sketch: Masanari Shimakawa have graduated Meiji University (Industrial Chemistry) in 1988, and joined Toshiba Silicone co.,ltd. (former of Momentive Performance Materials Japan LLC) in the same year. He is engaged to silicone elastomer business for 27 years. He is currently responsible for the development of silicone elastomer products at Ohta Japan.
