Biographical Sketch: Natalia Meissner studied Chemical Textile Engineering at the Technical University of Lodz and then got a Master Degree defended a master’s thesis : "Thermosensitive polymers - synthesis and characterization" for which she received an award from the Polish Association of Chemists Colorists. She graduated in 2011. In the same year she began her doctoral studies at the Faculty of Material Technologies and Textile Design at the Technical University of Lodz. In 2012 became a scholarship in the Program Synthos Generation, which includes the cooperation of the chemical company Synthos SA with doctoral candidates and students from all over Europe. In the course of her dissertation, in August 2013, she was offered to work in the Division of Research and Development at the company's headquarters in Oswiecim, where she works to this day as Rubber Application Lab Manager, while completing the efforts of doctoral dissertation.
