Biographical Sketch: Marcus Copperwheat is the Business Development Manager for Solvay's North American Silica business unit. He has spent his entire 20-year career in the rubber industry. He has direct compounding and processing experience with all types of tire compounds and most non-tire polymers. He has developed new products for multiple markets including military, aerospace, automotive, medical and, oil and gas. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University and an MS in Engineering and Technology Management from Oklahoma State University.
