Biographical Sketch: Gayatri Shrikhande joined The University of Akron, Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering as a Ph.D student in Fall 2014. She is working with Dr. Judit Puskas on breast cancer targeted drug delivery. The project focuses on the synthesis and incorporation of polymer-drug conjugate in thermoplastic elastomer fiber mat for local drug delivery.
