Biographical Sketch: Liang Xu is currently a technology manager for product development at PolyOne’s GLS thermoplastics elastomers division, located in McHenry, Il. He has been with PolyOne/GLS for 12 years. Liang has done extensive works at GLS on the development of innovative TPE technologies. Liang graduated with a Ph.D. degree in Polymer Science from the University of Connecticut, Storrs, before that, he got his Master and Bachelor degree in Polymeric Materials from Shanghai JiaoTong University, Shanghai, P.R. China.
