Biographical Sketch: Phil is a member of Dow Corning’s Silicone Rubber Process Engineering (PE) organization which provides commercialization and manufacturing support for silicone rubber and sealant process and products used in the automotive, imaging, and industrial assembly & maintenance industries. Phil has a wide range of global experience in HCR, LSR, FSR and sealant. As a Fluorosilicone Rubber Program Leader in the Rubber Technology Canter, his responsibilities include:
• Identifying, supporting, and leading capacity stretch, and quality & reliability improvement projects.
• Working closely with customers and cross-functional project teams to identify and deliver new Fluorosilicone Rubber products that meet their technical and commercial requirements.
• Participating on commercialization teams to ensure voice of customer is well understood and articulated when new products are being developed, and then ensuring the successful scale-up to manufacturing and delivery to the market.
• Implementing new product and process technology needed to meet merging market and business requirements.
