Biographical Sketch: Kathryn Jaglowski graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2010 with a B.S. in Chemical and Petroleum Engineering. Having previously had no knowledge of the rubber industry, she began her career with LORD in 2013 getting hands-on experience studying under Jim Halladay. Since then, she has discovered her love for formulating and remains under his tutelage to learn the essentials of being a successful rubber formulator.
