Biographical Sketch: Dr Ogunniyi obtained the Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering in June 1977 from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. In September 1981, he proceeded to the Loughborough University of Technology, U.K. where he obtained the Master of Science degree in 1982 and Ph.D degree in Polymer Technology in 1985. Dr Ogunniyi joined the services of University of Ilorin,Nigeria in February, 1986 as lecturer. He is still at the University of Ilorin where he teaches courses in Chemical Engineering and Polymer Technology. Also, he has taught in universities in Zimbabwe and Lesotho, while he has visited laboratories in South Africa and Malaysia
