Biographical Sketch:
Mengxi Huang was born on November 22nd, 1985 in Fuzhou, Jiangxi, P. R. China. He received his B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering from Hefei University of Technology in June 2006. Then he was admitted to the Department of Modern Mechanics in University of Science and Technology of China as a Master-Doctor combined program graduate student. His Ph.D. Research program is conducted in cooperation with Giti Tire (China) R&D Department. After graduation, He joined the Institute of Engineering Mechanics, Nanchang University as a Assistant Professor at Oct. 2013. His research focuses on the experimental investigation and numerical modeling of tire temperature and tire rolling resistance, with special attentions to the material properties of carbon filled rubbers and the numerical simulation techniques based on Fluid-structure interaction.N
