Incorporating and Optimizing Performance of Polydyne(TM) Micronized Rubber Powder and Ekodyne(TM) Functional Compound in SSBR/Silica-Silane Tire Treads

This paper will present test results of SSBR/silica-silane tire tread rubber compounds with micronized rubber powder, MRP, and FMRP, now called EkoDyne™ functional compound, and incorporation and formula modifications for optimizing performance.  Data from physical, Rheological, and dynamic testing will be presented and discussed.
