Biographical Sketch: Don Madda is the Program Manager for Industrial Cryogenics with the Engineered Solutions Group of Airgas Merchant Gasses, based near Cleveland, Ohio. Don has about 30 years experience in the industrial gas industry and is one of the most widely recognized experts in cryogenic deflashing. Don has extensive knowledge of cryogenic equipment, deflashing equipment, liquid nitrogen capabilities and processing parameters associated with molded rubber products exposed to liquid nitrogen deflashing processes. In addition, Don has over a decade of experience with material and failure analysis. In addition to Don’s private sector profession, he has spent 12 years as an Army National Guard Helicopter Crew Chief.
