Biographical Sketch: Kaushik came to United States in 2001 after completing his Bachelor of Science degree in Plastics Technology at the Gujarat University, India. He received his Master of Science degree in Plastics Engineering specializing in Injection Molding at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. He joined GECOM Corporation as a Production Engineer after his graduation in 2004. Then, he started as Plastics Engineer at Foreman Tool & Mold in Saint Charles, Illinois in 2006. Since 2008, he is working as a Project Engineer at SIGMA Plastic Services, Inc. in Schaumburg, Illinois. Kaushik is a member of SPE, where he participates in several seminars and conferences every year. He is also an author of several technical papers presented at various conferences.
