Biographical Sketch: He is a Changjiang Scholar of Ministry of Education, China, the chairman of Polymer Engineering Department, vice dean of College of Materials Science and Engineering of Beijing University of Chemical Technology, head of Key Lab of Beijing City on Preparation and Processing of Novel Polymer Materials, associate Head of Key Lab for Nanomaterials, Ministry of Education, China. He published nearly 300 papers and 6 joint books. He possesses 26 China Patents and is publishing another 13 patents. He is the editorial members of some Chinese academic journals, and the fellow of China Chemistry Industry and Engineering Society, China Composite Materials Society, China Micro-Nano Composites Division, China Rubber Division, etc. He also received many scientific awards from relative Departments and Committees of China including “9th China Youth Scientific Award”, “Hou Debang Scientific Award”, “11th Mao Yisheng Scientific Award”, “National Technology Invention Award”, “Distinguished Young Scientist Research Foundation”, etc.
