DeLink Devulcanization Technology: A New Sustainability Opportunity for the Rubber Industry

The patented DeLink technology allows for the economical devulcanization of sulfur cured polymers which can then produce a high quality rubber compound suitable for many applications. The process can be used to recover waste products like used tire crumb or other waste rubber products. The process can also be used to recover vulcanized plant waste and scrap in the production of rubber products. The presentation covers the process description, presents physical data of the devulcanizate and the Green Rubber compounds produced, as well as examples of commercial applications of industrial and consumer products using this material.
