Performed virtually every task in paving construction: laborer, equipment operator, asphalt plant operator, quality control and mix design technician (both Marshall and Superpave), estimator, foreman, superintendent, general manager. 1974 - 1996 Corun & Gatch, Inc. (VP & GM), 1997– 2007 CITGO Asphalt Refining ( Technical Support Manager), and 2008 – Present NuStar Asphalt Refining (Manager - Asphalt Technical Services). 1974, B.S., Civil Engineering (University of Maryland).
