Acar received his doctorate (1989) and master’s degree (1984) in Polymer Science and B.S. degree (1981) in Chemical Engineering from the Istanbul Technical University. Acar has been member of ITU as R&TA (1981-1989), Assis.Prof. (1989-1991), Assoc.
