Dr Solomon Kimani Durham University Department Chemistry South Road Durham United Kingdom DH1 3LE Email: s.m.kimani@durham.ac.uk Biographical Sketch: I am a Research associate at Durham University, UK, and have interest in synthesis and characterization of well-defined polymer additives using anionic polymerization technique for polymer surface modification. I am a Kenyan, and it's in Kenya where I did my undergraduate and MSc degree in Chemistry and there after pursued a PhD at the University of Cambridge under the supervision of Dr. Stephen Moratti. While at Cambridge, I made and characterized well-defined polymers with various architectures using atom transfer radical polymerization.
