Agnieszka Kowalczuk Centre of Polymer and Carbon Materials Polish Academy of Sciences Marii Curie-Sklodowskiej 34 Zabrze Poland 41-819 Email: akowalczuk@cmpw-pan.edu.pl Biographical Sketch: Dr. Agnieszka Kowalczuk studied chemistry in Gliwice, Poland, and obtained her Ph.D. from the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice. The title of her Ph.D. thesis was: “The synthesis of core-shell star polymers via controlled and living polymerizations”. She joined the Laboratory of Nanostructured Polymers in the Centre of Polymer and Carbon Materials of the Polish Academy of Sciences, where she is still employed. Dr. Kowalczuk studies the controlled and living polymerizations, synthesis of hyperbranched and star macromolecules, amphiphilic and stimuli responsive polymers and branched polymer-drug nanoconjugates. |
