Mr Mohammad Behroozi, MSc University of Birmingham School of Mechanical Engineering P.O. Box 363 Edgbaston Park Road Birmingham United Kingdom B15 2TT Biographical Sketch: Mr Behroozi obtained a BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering from the K.N. Toosi University, Tehran Iran. He then obtained a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Iran University of Science and Technology in 2007. He joined the University of Birmingham in 2009 as a PhD student. The subject of his research is Aircraft tyre design and performance analysis using finite elements. In this Aerospace Technology Exploitation Programme he was involved in developing a tyre design system for Aircraft tyres in a collaborative project with Dunlop Aircraft Tyres Ltd and Airbus Industries. He is currently investigating the feasibility of a new generation of tyres with capability to vary the tyre rolling resistance using a special mechanism. |
