Director Kevin Kefauver, Ph.D. Virginia Polytechnic and State University National Tire Research Center/Virginia Tech Transportation Institute 3500 Transportation Research Plaza Blackburg, VA USA 24061 Biographical Sketch: Kevin Kefauver is a Project Director for the National Tire and Research Center (NTRC) at the Virginia Tech Transportation Institute (VTTI). Prior to joining VTTI, Mr. Kefauver worked for Dale Earnhardt Incorporated managing the 7-post hydraulic shaker laboratory and for the U.S. Army, Aberdeen Test Center in the Roadway Simulator laboratory. In these positions, Mr. Kefauver operated servo-hydraulic equipment for vehicle-in-the-loop simulation and tire tests, and developed test, equipment, and maintenance procedures for advanced vehicle testing.
