Biographical Sketch: Steve Wilson is the Managing Director of Global Vertical Markets for Cold Jet, LLC. As a former plastics business owner, he has more than 30 years of experience in injection and compression molding, extrusion, blow molding, thermoforming and rotational molding. Steve establishes the market strategy, manages the operations, P&L and marketing activities for Cold Jet’s target market business units. He also serves as the subject matter expert and commercial team liaison between sales, marketing, operations and engineering for Cold Jet’s plastics & rubber initiatives. He began his career at Milacron, serving in a variety of product line management and sales/marketing roles for the plastics’ machinery division. Steve is a published author and a frequent speaker at plastics industry events. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Cedarville University and an MBA from Xavier University.
