Nearly all materials can be analyzed mechanically with the instrument series. Application fields cover research, development and quality control. EPLEXOR®series are DMA that analyses the mechanical properties of a wide range of materials, from viscous to elastic, from honey to steel. It features separation of dynamic force and static force, automatic sample changers (up to 160 samples), high force (up to 8000N), high temperature (up to 1500°C), large sample and work in specific environments (UV). It is the only DMA system in the world, which is able to perform measurements up to 1500°C and the only high-force instrument series on the market offering a UV extension. Two automatic sample changers (ASC or MPAS) are available to convert the DMA series into a true hands-off system.

GABOMETER® system can measure heat build-up or blow out processes and determine the thermal set. Both force and elongation controlled tests can be carried out to improve the thermal dissipation and the durability of semi-finished tire components, dampers or absorbers. Additionally, it provides the measurement of the material stiffness and damping. GABOTACK®, the tackiness tester, determines the surface adhesion of either two identical or even different adhesive components. QUALIMETER® measures static/dynamic spring rate, shore hardness and visco-elastic properties of samples. DiPLEXOR®, the combination between DEA and DMTA, expands the frequency range of the DMTA and opens the door to draw conclusions about transport and relaxation processes on the molecular level.
