Biographical Sketch: Bernhard Müller was born in Vienna and studied at the Vienna University of Technology Process- and Chemical Engineering. After graduation he worked in pharmaceutical industry with the focus on the synthesis of novel kinase inhibitors, as well as a researcher and lecturer at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna. After receiving his MBA in General Management, he joined Glanzstoff Industries as executive assistant. Since September 2013 he is Head of R&D for the whole Glanzstoff Industries group, a major European based multi material converter vertically integrated in rayon. The current research focus is the development of next generation rayon yarns as well as sustainable dipping technologies.
