Biographical Sketch: Janice Tardiff is currently a Technical Expert in Elastomers Research within Research and Advanced Engineering at Ford Motor Company. She has been with Ford for over 20 years and has extensive experience in rubber processing and materials research. Ms. Tardiff has a Bachelors in Chemistry from Kalamzoo College and a Masters in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University.
