Biographical Sketch: Fred Fraser is the manager of the Analytical lab at Freudenberg-NOK, Plymouth, Michigan. He has 34 years’ experience in industrial analytical chemistry including 26 years in the analysis of rubber. Fred has presented papers at Rubber Division conferences on state of cure testing, and on failure analysis from a material perspective. The last of these papers was published in Rubber World. He is married with four children. When he is not involved in chemistry he enjoys getting together with his children and grandchildren, reading, movies, motorcycling, target shooting, hiking, and bicycling.
