Dr Cook has worked extensively on the manipulation of crosslink and filler distribution in rubber blends and helped develop new techniques to measure these parameters.
Dr Cook has also worked in the area of thermoplastic vulcanizates and to develop a greater understanding of the phase morphology of these materials.
