This talk will provide a survey of the most common adhesive treatments used for polyester fabric used as body ply in tires.  The challenges of getting adhesion to PET will be covered.  The adhesion formulations, their chemistry and treatment conditions will be covered.  A key point of the talk will be there is more than one industry practice which achieves the desired result.
