Biographical Sketch: I am Kumar Sankaran. I did B.Tech in Rubber and Plastics technology from MIT, Anna university, India. I am university topper and gold medalist. After completing my B.tech, I worked in various organization (R&D). I have solid 6 years of work experience in which I have 4 years of work experience in Tire industry. My work profile is mostly in rubber compounding, mixing, testing and compound development. Since my passion is to do Ph.D in rubber technology, presently am pursuing Ph.d in rubber nanocomposites at Rubber technology centre, IIT-Kharagpur. This project is sponsored by Ceat Tires Limited, India.
