Biographical Sketch: Frank Papp has considerable rubber compounding experience with passenger, light truck, radial truck, and off-the-road tires. Frank earned a BA in Chemistry from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, N.J. and completed graduate level course work in Polymer Science at the University of Akron, Akron, Ohio.
