The PS/CNTs composite and EPDM were coextruded using layer multipliers to fabricate alternating multilayer sheet with three to thousands of layers.  Chemical foaming agent was utilized simultaneously during coextrusion process.  The effect of layer quantities on cell size, density and morphology of multilayer structures were studied. And the mechanical, electrical properties changes of the extrudate were correlated with the morphology changes.
