Biographical Sketch: Dr. Van Bennekom received a Ph.D. in Polymer Science from the University of Twente (NL) in 1995 She worked for 14 years as Product Developer at Sabic Innovative Plastics in Bergen op Zoom (NL), and has spent the past few years as Senior Chemist at Eastman Chemical in Middelburg (NL) supporting adhesive, rubber and film modification customers.
