Biographical Sketch: Graduated as Rubber Technologist in 1995. Worked as Plant Manager in Quantum Polymer Malaysia from 1995 to 1998. Conducted research work on Devulcanization of rubber gloves at the Rubber Research Institute from 1996 through 1998. Moved to the US in 1999 to establish a rubber devulcanizing operation in Indiana. At present CEO of Quantum Polymer in Cleveland.
