Biographical Sketch: Earned a B.S. in Rubber Engineering Technology - Ferris State University 2003. Worked from 2003 - 2012 for Vail Rubber Works performing various roles in the Technical, Quality and Production departments. Started with Lanxess in January 2012 performing technical support and business development roles in NBR business unit for Technical Rubber Products. Currently working for High Performance Elastomers BU as an Account Manager and providing NBR Technical Support.
