Biographical Sketch: Mr. Peck is a patent attorney who focuses in all aspects of patent procurement in various chemical-oriented technologies. He prepares and prosecutes patent applications worldwide and is involved in all aspects of patent preparation/prosecution, from initial drafting to post-issuance validity challenges. Mr. Peck received his B.S. in chemical engineering from Michigan Technological University and his J.D., summa cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law. He is licensed to practice in the State of Michigan and before the United States Patent & Trademark Office.
