Biographical Sketch: Mr. Kay Varnhorn works as technical manager with responsibilities across Europe in customer service and product and application development since 2008.
His special focus is on Polychloropren (Baypren) and the new finishing line.
In 2004, with the formation of Lanxess AG, he joined the application and development group with focus on EVM Rubber (Levapren) and thermoplastic elastomers.
He started his career in 2001 in the Rubber Business Group of Bayer AG in Leverkusen, Germany as an Engineer in Research and Development.
Kay Varnhorn hold a degree in chemical engineering.
