Biographical Sketch: The presenter studied organic chemistry at Leiden University. Here he received his PhD on the subject of heterogeneous catalysis. He started his industrial career at DSM Research in the Netherlands in 1991. In the nineties he worked at R&D in Japan for a joint-venture between DSM and Idemitsu. In 2011 he joint LANXESS. Now, he is responsible for all product development for Keltan EPDM - located in Geleen, the Netherlands.
