Biographical Sketch: Beate Ganter holds a PhD in Chemistry from the Technical University of Aachen (Germany). She has held a number of industrial positions at GE Bayer Silicones now Momentive Performance Materials in the Elastomer Technology and Marketing group where she has worked for 15 years. She is currently Senior Project Leader for the UV Curing Silicones Rubbers at Momentive Performance Materials.
