Biographical Sketch: Mike is an industrial engineer who studied at UC Riverside. He has worked in composite, filament winding and elastomer manufacturing operations for the last two decades. He has worked for Carson Industries, ESSEF Corporation and Jamak Fabrication. He has focused his last seven years on streamlining the rubber manufacturing operations at Jamak's main location in Texas.
