Biographical Sketch: Dr. Ming Yu Huang is a senior engineer with GE Oil & Gas. He received Bachelor Degree in Material Science and Engineering from Tongji University in Shanghai, China, and Ph.D. in Polymer Science from The University of Akron in Akron, Ohio. He has over twenty years’ experiences of chief chemist on elastomer R&D for aerospace, aircraft and automotive industries. HE has been with GE Oil & Gas for five years and working on elastomer technology for drilling applications.
