Biographical Sketch: Chris Tolliver is a Chemist in the Materials Center - Americas with Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies, the Americas joint venture of Freudenberg & Co. and NOK Corporation.
Tolliver handles all aspects of materials development for Freudenberg-NOK including mixing, molding, physical testing, recipe formulation and properties research. Tolliver also develops and oversees continuous improvement activities associated with the company’s laboratory test procedures.
Tolliver joined Freudenberg-NOK as a lab technician in 2006. He was promoted to a chemist in 2007 and has held positions of increasing responsibility for the company. Tolliver’s work for the company has included developments for its oil and gas and automotive anti-vibration divisions. He was employed in the Latent Prints Unit of the Michigan State Police Crime Laboratory prior to joining Freudenberg-NOK.
Tolliver holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, Mich.
