The New Concept in Accelerate the Life Test of Rubber Compound and Tires

The purpose of this paper is to present and share the latest development advance technology of accelerate the life test in rubber testing.  With the experiences of developing instruments for our customers in rubber and tire industry, the whole new product life assurance method in rubber testing has introduced into the market.  Accelerate the life test will save time and money in research and development but still can predict the future testing behavior of product.  In today’s competitive market, manufactures are trying many different methods to save the cost but with product quality improved.  How are we going to appropriate of using these testing instruments to help the manufactures to increase more competition in the market is the key point of this paper.
