Water Based Bonding Agents for Fabric, Cord and Metal Substrates

An in depth analysis of the bonding capabilities of water based bonding agents when compared to solvent based systems.  This paper outlines the practical application and use of environmentally friendly mediums for bonding rubber to various substrates in the production of automotive and industrial components.  It also challenges the perception that solvent based bonding agents outperform water based adhesives.
