He holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the Université Catholique de Louvain in Belgium, as well as an executive MBA obtained 10 years later from the same University. After a year of academic research on conductive organic materials in Germany and three years at Shell Chemicals Belgium working on water-borne coatings, he joined the Cariflex™ Polyisoprene Products team in The Netherlands in 1998. Since then, he has been supporting the Cariflex™ Polyisoprene Products business in multiple positions in the R&D, manufacturing, and business areas. |
